GREEN FIELD APPARELS (GFA) is a partnership firm engaged mainly in manufacturing and exporting readymade garments from Tirupur - INDIA. GFA’s mission is to be a pioneer in manufacturing and supplying quality garments to all its buyers with zero defects.It has the combination of state-of-the-art manufacturing units of Men, Women and Kids garments and skilled operators and professionals for which it can produces quality garments with competitive prices.

It believes that there are two essential elements in quality control: leadership of management and careful inspection of merchandise. Quality Control Measures

  • In the sample making stage itself, our company gets accustomed to the quality expectations on the product as a whole.
  • Colour Shade approvals, value addition strike off approvals and approvals on labels and other accessories are all obtained at the starting stage of the order.
  • Using Classimate Reports, proper yarn is selected to produce good quality fabric.
  • Proper utilization of the Loop Length factor helps us to have good control on GSM and shrinkage during the fabrication stage itself.
  • Use of proper dyes and methods helps us to bring in uniform absorption of colour dyes during the dyeing stage itself.
  • Colour fastness is ensured before the fabric leaves the dyeing unit.
  • Shrinkage and GSM are again tuned up to better results in Compaction
  • Value additions on the fabric like printing, embroidery. Rhine studs etc.. are performed with great quality conscience to ensure best and uniform results.
  • Checking is performed to minimize and avoid errors during the cutting stage of the fabric.
  • 100% In-house checking and inspection on the garment is made during stitching at each and every stage.
  • Use of Groz Beckert Needles to avoid holes during stitching.

  • Understanding the design concept of the final product.
  • Pattern to create the perfect fit.
  • 1 No. Siruba OverLock m/c, 1 No. Siruba FlatLock m/c and 1 No. Siruba Singer m/c are exclusively utilized for sample stitching purpose.
